The front bedroom has an attached full bath and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are nestled away by the den area and main bathroom. The great room opens off the kitchen with access to the back. The master bedroom is located at the back of the house and has an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The backyard has a covered patio, is fully walled in, and has mountain views. The home backs to a wash and has a walking path to the left of the house. The backyard needs to be landscaped (most likely rock).
